Housing
-
Homes With Hope:
This is IHA’s initial
program providing
permanent affordable
supportive housing.
Formerly homeless,
mentally ill individuals
and families live with a
lease in independent
housing. They receive
support from
professionally trained
service coordinators.
IHA currently operates
eight apartments in our
model program.

IHA is in the process of
developing 6 units of
permanent affordable
supportive housing on
their property at 10
West End Avenue in
Westport allowing the
agency to progress
towards the long-range
goal of 50 additional
units.

Linxweiler House: This
facility provides
transitional housing for
employed clients in recovery
who demonstrate a strong
desire to change their lives
significantly. They may stay
up to one year in this
self-governing environment.
Food

employment opportunities.
Mentoring
-

(WIN): A program designed to
support IHA clients and
other women at risk who are
struggling to create stable
and self-sufficient lives.
Through weekly one-on-one

compassion, guidance and
